Free Evaluation

G4 SYSTEMS CORP will provide a free data recovery evaluation for all drives received. This evaluation shall consist of an analysis of the electrical and mechanical components, along with an evaluation of the available data which is recorded on the media to determine the cause of failures preventing the access of the data. G4 SYSTEMS shall provide the customer with a cost for completion of the data recovery after performing this analysis.

Recovering Your Data

If the evaluation indicates that some, but not all, of the data recorded on the drive is recoverable, G4 SYSTEMS shall request the customer provide us with "target data". This is the data which the customer cannot readily recreate, and recovery of which justifies the cost of the data recovery.

Upon receiving your approval to proceed, your hard drive will be "cloned" (The integrity of your data is never placed in jeopardy as all recovery procedures are performed on an exact sector by sector duplicate of your original drive) and re-queued for the actual recovery procedures. 

Returning Your Data

If your hard drive is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired, we will return your data on your repaired drive. If it is determined that your drive cannot be repaired, we can return your recovered data in a variety of ways, including copying it to a new hard drive, writeable CD, Zip/Jazz cartridge, or tape system.

We will keep a copy of your data for one week to ensure the successful re-installation of your data. Once your data is re-installed, your data will be purged from our storage vaults.
