Most calls are routinely serviced the same day or next day. However, If we deem that your situation is critical or high priority, we will dispatch a technician as quickly as possible. Our response times are as short as two hours in most area including Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond.

Option 1 - Hourly Rates	The Lowest On-Site Service Rates
• Commercial - $75/hour (On-Site)
• In-Store - $60/hour
• Residential - $50/hour (On-Site)
Option 2 - Block Time	Get up to almost 50% saving
• 20-hour Block @ $65/hour (13% discount) - $1300
• 50-hour Block @ $55/hour (27% discount) - $2750
• 100-hour Block @ $45/hour (40% discount) - $4500
Option 3 - Service Contracts	Cost effective IT department
• G4 Basic
• G4 Standard
• G4 Standard Plus
• G4 Premium
• G4 Platinum
* plus all applicable taxes

No charge for travel time in Greater Vancouver area. Please refer to our rate card for detail information. Emergency rates are slightly higher.
